Research shows that talking about your depression is often the way to defeat it. But the problem is, depression stops you talking. This was a proactive campaign I created for charity SANE which ran across national cinema, outdoor and social. The film was shot by the talented Youness Benali. Many people responded to it on social, acknowledging how accurate the depiction of the struggle was. Calls to SANE’s helpline increased by 40%.
